Altus AL-2004 MOD

The AL-2004 MOD is a 4-channel analog input module from Altus AL series PLC and remote I/O system. This AL-2004 MOD accepts 4-20mA or 0-10V analog signals from transmitters, sensors and field instruments, converting analog process data into digital values for the PLC CPU. It supports isolated channels to reduce interference in industrial signal loops. The MOD suffix indicates customized hardware or firmware modification version for special project requirements.

This AL-2004 MOD operates with 24VDC power supply, equipped with LED indicators for power, communication and channel fault diagnosis. It communicates with the main controller via the Altus internal backplane bus or fieldbus, supporting hot swap in some rack configurations. Built-in overvoltage and reverse polarity protection improves stability in factory and power plant cabinet environments.
