Endress+Hauser Micropilot FMR51-36293/0

The FMR51-36293/0 is a 26GHz K-band non-contact free-space radar level transmitter from Endress+Hauser Micropilot FMR51 series, power supply range 13–35VDC. This FMR51-36293/0 adopts time-of-flight radar principle for continuous liquid level measurement, immune to vapor, foam, temperature and pressure variation. The order code 36293/0 defines antenna type, wetted material, process connection, output protocol, hazardous area certification and firmware version for this specific variant.

This FMR51-36293/0 delivers measurement accuracy up to ±2 mm, standard maximum measuring range 40 m, optional advanced dynamics version up to 70 m. It supports HART, 4-20mA analog output for DCS and PLC interconnection. Built-in Heartbeat Technology provides permanent self-verification and diagnostic without process shutdown. Commissioning and calibration can be done via local display or Emerson SmartBlue Bluetooth App. IP66/IP67 housing, ATEX, IECEx, SIL2 and WHG overfill protection approvals are available for selected variants. Horn antenna is widely used for high-temperature, high-pressure hydrocarbon and chemical liquid tanks.
