Sick S30A-4011DA 24V

The S30A-4011DA is the S3000 Professional safety laser scanner from SICK, powered by 24VDC (16.8–28.8VDC). This S30A-4011DA delivers 270° scanning angle, supports multiple configurable protective fields and warning fields for personnel safety guarding on AGVs, automated machinery and robot cells. It is Type 3 safety scanner, SIL2, PL d / Cat.3 per IEC 61496, IEC 61508 and EN ISO 13849.

This S30A-4011DA is equipped with dual OSSD safety outputs, 3 diagnostic outputs, EDM external device monitoring and restart interlock function. It supports static protective field switching, EFI safe communication and RS422 measured data output. IP65 housing, operating temperature range -10°C to +50°C. Configuration is done via SICK CDS software, parameter storage inside the scanner. The Professional version supports advanced field programming and multi-scanner networking.

The S30A-4011DA is widely used for automated guided vehicle safety, palletizing robots, machine access protection and material handling safety zones. This classic S3000 series is discontinued by SICK. Most available S30A-4011DA units are tested surplus spare parts for machine safety retrofit and emergency replacement.
