Metroval RHM12-3FS1PN

The RHM12-3FS1PN is a DN25 (1 inch) Coriolis mass flow sensor originally from Rheonik, branded Metroval. This RHM12-3FS1PN adopts patented Omega dual-tube torsion swing design, directly measures mass flow, density and process temperature at the same time, not affected by fluid viscosity, pressure and flow profile. The 3FS1PN suffix defines wetted material, pressure rating, process connection, tube arrangement and certification configuration of this variant, parallel tube layout for low pressure drop.

This RHM12-3FS1PN standard liquid measurement accuracy reaches ±0.10%, repeatability better than 0.05%. Wetted parts are stainless steel, it supports wide temperature range and high pressure option. It needs to be matched with Rheonik RHE series transmitters, supporting pulse, 4-20mA, Modbus communication for DCS and PLC connection. IP66 enclosure, available with ATEX hazardous area certification. It does not require long straight pipe sections before and after the sensor.

The RHM12-3FS1PN is widely used for batch dosing, filling, custody transfer, chemical additive injection, food and beverage and CNG metering. The Rheonik RHM series is a mature Coriolis mass meter platform. Many instrument maintenance teams stock the RHM12-3FS1PN as spare sensor for metering loop overhaul and calibration replacement.
