Principle

ALLEN BRADLEY 440C-CR30-22BBB continuously monitors dual-channel safety input signals. When an E-stop is pressed, a guard gate opens or an obstacle is detected, the safety logic executes the configured safe stop sequence and de-energises the safety outputs. Internal dual-channel safety circuits perform continuous self-checking. If a fault is detected, the safety outputs lock off and store fault information for maintenance review.
