Schneider MC-4/11/10/400 (VDM01D10AD00)

The MC-4/11/10/400 is a legacy 3-phase digital servo drive from Schneider VDM series, formal order code VDM01D10AD00. This unit is rated 10A continuous, 6.9kVA, 400V class, designed for high-speed synchronous servo motors. The code definition: MC = servo controller, 4 = 400V voltage class, 11 = hardware variant, 10 = 10A continuous current, 400 = 400V.

This MC-4/11/10/400 supports pulse/direction command, analog ±10V speed or torque reference, resolver feedback for rotor position detection. It integrates overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat and encoder fault protection. It has built-in brake output and configurable digital I/O for enable, fault reset and status feedback. Commissioning and parameter backup are done via dedicated Schneider VDM setup software. It supports 8kHz current loop bandwidth for fast dynamic response.

The MC-4/11/10/400 is widely used in printing machinery, textile lines, packaging and material handling high-precision motion axes. This VDM servo series is discontinued by Schneider, replaced by Lexium servo platforms. Most available MC-4/11/10/400 units are tested surplus spare parts for old machine overhaul and emergency drive replacement.
