Hydac CS1320

The CS1320 is an online particle contamination sensor from HYDAC CS1000 series for hydraulic and lubricating oil. This CS1320 adopts light blockage principle to count solid particles in four size channels, and outputs cleanliness class conforming to ISO 4406, NAS 1638 and SAE AS4059 standards. The suffix codes define mounting type (pipe-mounted / flange-mounted), signal type (4-20mA or 0-10V), seal material and configuration version. FPM fluororubber seal is standard for mineral hydraulic oil.

This CS1320 operates on 9–36VDC supply, fitted with rotatable local display for on-site cleanliness reading and alarm setup. It uses M12 8-pin electrical connector, analog output signal connects to PLC, DCS and online monitoring systems. It supports continuous real-time oil contamination monitoring, early warning of filter failure, component wear and oil degradation. It can be combined with HYDAC AS1000 water sensor and CSM-E sampling module for complete fluid condition monitoring.

The CS1320 is widely used in steel rolling mills, wind turbine gearboxes, power plant turbine lube oil systems, injection molding machines and test benches. CS1000 is HYDAC’s mainstream online oil contamination monitoring platform. Many hydraulic maintenance teams stock the CS1320 as spare sensor for lubrication circuit overhaul and emergency replacement.
