Schneider Masterpact NW25 H10 2500A 50/60Hz

The NW25 H10 is a drawout air circuit breaker frame from Schneider Masterpact NW series, rated continuous current 2500A, suitable for 50/60Hz AC distribution systems. This NW25 H10 supports 3-pole or 4-pole configuration, H10 defines 50kA ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity at 1150V AC, and it can work at 690V AC low voltage main distribution circuits. It is a basic frame without built-in trip unit, which needs to be matched with Micrologic control unit for overload, short-circuit and earth fault protection functions.

This NW25 H10 adopts drawout rack structure with connected, test and isolated positions for safe maintenance without removing busbar connections. It can be fitted with motor operator, auxiliary contacts, shunt trip and undervoltage release for remote electrical closing and tripping. Optional communication modules support Modbus and Ethernet to upload breaker status, measurement data and fault records to SCADA and energy management systems. It complies with IEC 60947-2 standard, category B selectivity.

The NW25 H10 is widely used in industrial substations, power plants and large commercial low voltage switchrooms for main incoming and bus tie protection. The Masterpact NW series has been superseded by Masterpact MTZ series. Most available NW25 H10 units are tested surplus spare parts for panel retrofit and emergency replacement of legacy low voltage switchgear.
