YDI150HD is a high-performance digital servo amplifier for automation positioning axes. Rated power 1.5kW, input voltage single-phase or three-phase AC200~240V. It implements current, speed and position closed-loop control. It accepts pulse-direction position command from PLC or motion controller and supports torque, speed and position operating modes.

This servo unit is equipped with isolated digital input and output terminals for servo enable, alarm output, positioning completion, positive/negative overtravel limit signals. It supports incremental encoder feedback and can be configured via PC software for parameter backup, auto-tuning and fault diagnosis. Built-in brake chopper interface allows external braking resistor installation for fast deceleration and emergency stop. PWM carrier frequency is adjustable to reduce motor noise.

Comprehensive protection functions include overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, drive overtemperature, encoder fault, short circuit and earth fault protection. IP20 protection grade for cabinet mounting, operating temperature 0~55℃.

YDI150HD is discontinued legacy servo spare part. Many old automation machines still run this servo system.
