Product Introduction Schneider Modicon 984/Compact rack-mounted 4-channel thermocouple temperature measurement dedicated AI card, a discontinued spare part of the BADU series, specially developed for PT100 and Cu50 thermocouple temperature acquisition; differs from 201 single-polarity, 202 bipolar universal type, 205 hardware with built-in constant current source, only suitable for three-wire/two-wire type thermocouples, shared with the entire BADU series using AS-8535-000 baseplate.

Model Interpretation

BADU = Analog Input (Analog Input); 205 = 4-channel RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) temperature measurement specification; 201 is for single pressure, 202 is bipolar, and 206 is for thermocouple applications. Technical Specifications

Operation and Maintenance

Insert directly into the Modicon Compact standard I/O slot; for temperature measurement deviation, prioritize checking the wiring of the three-wire thermoresistance compensation line; the BADU-201/202 cannot be directly replaced (no constant current source, unable to measure RTD); the same chassis can be mixed with thermocouple card BADU-206 and high-speed counting module B984-101.
