Environmental Parameters: Operating temperature 0~60℃, storage temperature -40~85℃, humidity ≤80% RH without condensation, IP20 cabinet installation
Interface and Matching Base
Matching terminal base AS-8535-000, compatible with all base units of B883/B884/B885 motion modules, integrated plug-in terminals, 8-channel independent terminal partition arrangement.
Core Functions
8-channel analog-to-digital conversion, converting field analog signals to PLC digital registers; single-channel open-circuit fault diagnosis (4~20mA loop open circuit alarm); panel channel status LED, power LED, fault indicator; backplane register mapping, PLC directly reads collected values, no additional card configuration required; channel grouping isolation, anti-field frequency interference. Applicable scenarios
Chemical liquid level pressure transmitter, rubber and plastic temperature control analog signal acquisition, fan and pump current monitoring, water and electricity auxiliary machine pressure and flow detection, old production line 4-20mA sensor data acquisition.
Operation and Maintenance
Directly insert into Modicon Compact standard I/O slot; abnormal readings should first check the sensor power supply and signal line shielding; check 4mA zero point drift by inspecting the circuit wiring; the BADU-202 bipolar version cannot be directly replaced; the input circuit hardware is different; the rack can be mixed with motion cards, temperature control cards, and digital IO modules.
