Product Introduction The Schneider Modicon 984/800 series four-axis hybrid feedback intelligent motion card is of the same hardware platform as the B885 series 100 (pure encoder), 101 (pure resolver), and 111 (encoder + resolver transformer mixed version). The 111 version is a mixed version of encoder and resolver transformer. For a single card with 4 axes, you can freely choose either the ABZ differential encoder or the Resolver resolver feedback. It has an onboard independent computing processor and BASIC programmability. It is an original factory discontinued spare part. It is a standard component for old hydraulic + servo mixed equipment.

B885 = BASIC Programmable Intelligent Module Series; 111 = 4-axis Hybrid Feedback Specification, single card compatible with two types of feedback signals: some axes equipped with 5V differential encoder, the remaining axes equipped with AC rotary transformer, 100 full encoder, 101 full resolver, 111 mixed type. Local BASIC motion program independent calculation, does not occupy PLC scanning cycle, program stored in EEPROM retains data after power loss; single card flexible combination of servo (encoder feedback) + hydraulic motor (resolver feedback); panel operation, fault, four-axis status LED indication lights, single-axis fault isolation does not affect the operation of the other three axes; PLC only issues position and speed instructions, module local PID closed-loop regulation. Operation and Maintenance

Plug directly into the standard I/O slot of Modicon 800; for abnormal encoder feedback, check the power supply or excitation voltage of the resolver separately according to the configuration; do not directly substitute 100/101; the firmware feedback loop configuration is different; the frame can be mixed with B883, B884, B885 full series intelligent special IO modules.
