Product Introduction The Schneider Modicon 800 series intelligent motion card with Resolver resolver-based dedicated feedback for four axes is available in two versions: 100 for encoder feedback and 101 for resolver transformer version. It is compatible with the entire Modicon 984 CPU series. The board is equipped with an independent motion processor, allowing for closed-loop control of axes without relying on the main PLC CPU. Original factory discontinued spare parts are available. It is mainly used for old hydraulic servo systems and large power winding equipment.

Model Interpretation

B885 = BASIC Programmable Intelligent Module Series; 101 = Four-axis + Resolver Feedback Specification, 100 = 5V Differential Encoder Feedback. Both have the same hardware base but different feedback interface firmware. Technical Specifications

Interface and Matching Base

Standard wiring base AS-8535-000, compatible with B883 temperature measurement, B884-PID, B885-001/002/100 full series bases, cannot be combined with B883-200/201 dedicated terminal base.

Operation and Maintenance

Plug directly into the Modicon 800 standard I/O slot; priority verification of position drift includes checking the rotation excitation voltage and wiring shielding; if zero return is impossible, check the origin and limit wiring; the AS-B885-100 encoder version cannot be directly replaced, as the firmware and feedback loop are not compatible; the frame can be mixed with B883, B884, and B885 series special IO.
