Centralized serial port collection of chemical instrument data, uploading of instrument data from plastic extrusion machines, networking of temperature control instruments in heat treatment furnaces, integrating barcode scanning data from assembly lines, and connecting to the old weighing system via Modicon PLC.
Operation and Maintenance
Insert directly into the standard I/O slots of Modicon 800; in case of communication abnormalities, first check the serial port wiring specifications and baud rate parameters; if the program is lost, re-download the Basic source code through the serial port; the B883 temperature/counter and B884-PID series of special IO modules can be installed on the same rack and mixed.
