Overview

JTEKT PCK250-1CPU is the CPU module for the TOYOPUC PCk250-1 PLC series, a legacy controller developed by JTEKT (Toyoda). This model was mainly released for the Chinese market and is widely supplied as exchange spare for special-purpose machines, automation lines and machine tool control cabinet overhaul.

Features

JTEKT PCK250-1CPU executes cyclic control logic for the TOYOPUC PCk250-1 station and supports connection to local and remote I/O modules via the dedicated PCk bus. It is programmed with the TOYOPUC PCwin engineering software, supporting ladder logic, FBD and other standard IEC programming languages. JTEKT PCK250-1CPU integrates serial communication interfaces for HMI, barcode readers, weighing instruments and other peripheral devices, and supports Modbus RTU for data exchange with upper DCS and SCADA systems. It provides front-panel status LEDs for RUN, STOP, system error and bus fault indication for fast on-site troubleshooting. It supports non-volatile memory for program retention after power loss and records timestamped diagnostic alarms and fault history for maintenance review. It conforms to CE and EMC standards for cabinet installation with IP20 rating.

Principle

JTEKT PCK250-1CPU runs user control program in cyclic scan mode. It reads DI/AI channel data from the PCk bus, executes interlock, sequence and closed-loop calculation, then sends output commands to DO/AO modules. It exchanges data with HMI and host monitoring systems via serial communication. If bus disconnection, program error, power abnormality or module fault is detected, the CPU triggers configurable fault reaction and logs fault information for post-fault analysis.

Applications

JTEKT PCK250-1CPU is deployed for automotive assembly equipment, testing machines, packaging lines and special automation skids equipped with TOYOPUC PCk250-1 control. It is selected for spare inventory and cabinet retrofit projects for existing JTEKT TOYOPUC PCk250-1 systems.
