Features

Principle

EPEC E3002024-20 reads signals from pressure sensors, position sensors, joysticks and limit switches through its analog and discrete inputs. The user application program executes hydraulic flow control, safety interlock, load limiting and engine speed regulation logic. It outputs PWM or switch signals to drive proportional hydraulic valves and actuators. The CAN bus on EPEC E3002024-20 exchanges data with engine controller, instrument display and other EPEC controllers on the machine network. If supply undervoltage, CAN timeout, output short circuit or program watchdog timeout is detected, the controller enters a predefined safe state and records diagnostic fault information.
