HBMT22/200NM

The HBMT22/200NM is a high torque permanent magnet servo torque motor, rated torque 200Nm, frame size 22. This HBMT22 is a direct-drive frameless torque motor, eliminating intermediate gearbox, delivering high torque at low speed with high positioning stiffness. It is widely used for rotary indexing tables, heavy-duty rotary axes, test benches and large turning positioning applications.

This motor adopts high-density magnetic pole design, supports sinusoidal vector control, matched with high-resolution encoder for closed-loop position feedback. It features low cogging torque, high overload capability, water cooling or air cooling optional structure. It integrates thermal sensor for winding temperature monitoring, with over-temperature, overcurrent and overvoltage protection. It works with high-power servo drives, supports 0–300rpm continuous operation, suitable for heavy inertia load precise angle positioning. Installation is direct mounting between load and base.

The HBMT22/200NM is widely deployed in machine tool rotary tables, packaging rotary turrets, material test equipment and automation heavy rotary axis. Most available units are surplus spare parts for rotary axis overhaul and emergency replacement. Encoder type, cooling method and winding voltage must be confirmed before replacement.
