The long string encoding corresponds to the channel type, measurement range, alarm logic, output specification, hardware version and configuration parameters, and is compatible with the entire 3300 series rack-mounted installation system. The module adopts a standard plug-in rack structure, with an external shape size that perfectly matches the universal installation rack of the 3300 series. It supports direct insertion on the rack backplane without additional modification. The disassembly, on-site parameter configuration, fault repair and spare part replacement operations are simple and convenient. The on-site wiring is neat and orderly. The entire machine is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with industrial electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility and API 670 mechanical equipment protection standards. The enclosure has basic protective performance against dust and slight mechanical impact, and can operate stably in conventional industrial environments such as industrial cabinets, central control rooms, on-site control rooms, and local cabinets of the unit. During wiring construction, standard terminal blocks, cable clamps, waterproof connectors, etc. can be used as basic auxiliary materials to standardize the layout of the lines and enhance the reliability of wiring.
