5. Installation and Wiring Guide
Fix DPD08063 on mounting plate or PCB board through reserved fixing holes.
Follow the terminal marking definition for wiring, correctly distinguish signal positive and negative poles.
Insert the oxygen sensor vertically into the base in correct direction, ensure full insertion and tight contact.
Avoid violent plugging and excessive extrusion to prevent deformation of internal shrapnel.
Keep away from corrosive gas, liquid splashing and heavy dust accumulation.
6. Operation Precautions
Check the contact surface for dust and oxide before sensor installation.
Strictly follow the positive and negative direction for insertion; reverse installation is prohibited.
Avoid strong impact and vibration during long-term operation to prevent poor contact.
It is recommended to check contact reliability and wiring tightness every six months.
Cut off the system power supply first when replacing the sensor.
