5. Installation & Wiring Instruction
Fix DPD02027 on the PCB or mounting plate through reserved screw holes.
Follow the silkscreen pin definition for wiring, strictly distinguish positive and negative signal terminals.
Insert the oxygen sensor vertically into DPD02027 interface, ensure full insertion and reliable contact.
Avoid violent plugging and unplugging to prevent deformation of internal shrapnel.
Keep the module away from corrosive gas, liquid splash and heavy dust environment.
6. Operation & Use Notes
Before inserting the sensor, check whether the contact is clean and free of oxide and dust.
Do not reverse insert the sensor to avoid signal abnormality or circuit impact.
In use, avoid strong vibration and impact to prevent poor contact.
Regularly check contact elasticity and wiring firmness every 6 months.
When replacing the sensor, power off the system first, then plug and unplug.
