6. Installation & Operation Guide
6.1 Installation
Install horizontally, avoid direct sunlight and heat radiation.
Keep away from high-power frequency conversion equipment and strong electromagnetic interference sources.
Sensor signal wire adopts shielded wire, separated from power line layout.
Ensure reliable grounding to improve anti-interference performance.
6.2 Calibration Steps
Power on the module and preheat for at least 5 minutes.
Zero Calibration:Feed high-purity nitrogen (0ppm) to complete zero point calibration.
Span Calibration:Access standard gas with known concentration for span calibration.
The module automatically saves calibration parameters and enters normal measurement state.
7. Safety Precautions
Do not apply overvoltage power supply to prevent module permanent damage.
Prohibit use in flammable, explosive and strong corrosive environments without protection.
Do not disassemble the shell privately; unauthorized disassembly will void warranty.
Prevent liquid, dust and oil from entering the wiring port and shell.
In thunderstorm weather, strengthen grounding and lightning protection measures.
8. Daily Maintenance
Check wiring terminals regularly every 3 months for looseness and oxidation.
Recalibrate every 3–6 months according to working environment.
Keep module surface clean and dry, avoid dust accumulation.
For long-term shutdown, cut off power supply and store in dry and ventilated place.
