DELOMATIC-3/DGU1 is a high-precision trace oxygen detection control module, specially designed for online monitoring and signal conversion of trace oxygen in industrial gas.
It integrates oxygen sensor signal acquisition, temperature compensation, linear algorithm processing, digital output and analog output into one module. Featuring high stability, strong anti-interference, compact structure and plug-and-play design, it is perfectly matched with AOP / CM / CRM series oxygen sensors, widely used in nitrogen making, argon making, hydrogen industry, semiconductor, laboratory glove box and gas analysis instruments.

6. Installation & Operation Guide

6.1 Installation

  1. Adopt horizontal installation, keep the module away from heat source and corrosive gas.

  2. Wiring strictly follow pin definition, avoid reverse connection of power supply.

  3. Sensor wiring should be shielded wire, separate from power cable to avoid interference.

  4. Keep good ventilation around the module, do not cover or seal it completely.

6.2 Calibration Operation

  1. Power on the module and preheat for 5 minutes before calibration.

  2. Zero Calibration: Access high-purity nitrogen (0ppm), complete zero point setting.

  3. Span Calibration: Access standard gas of known oxygen concentration for span calibration.

  4. After calibration, the module automatically saves parameters and enters normal measurement state.

7. Safety Precaution

  • Do not use overvoltage power supply to avoid module burnout.

  • Avoid working in strong corrosion, flammable and explosive gas environment.

  • Do not disassemble the module privately, otherwise the warranty will be invalid.

  • Do not let liquid, dust enter the shell and sensor interface.

  • During thunderstorm season, do good grounding and lightning protection measures.

8. Maintenance

  • Regularly check wiring looseness and terminal oxidation every 3 months.

  • Recalibrate every 3~6 months according to on-site environment.

  • Keep the module surface clean and dry, avoid oil and dust accumulation.

  • Long-term shutdown should cut off power and store in dry environment.
