5. Installation Instructions
Adopt wall-mounted or cabinet embedded installation; keep the unit horizontal and firm.
Reserve enough heat dissipation space around the equipment, do not block ventilation holes.
Keep away from high-power electromagnetic equipment, heat source and corrosive gas.
Wiring must follow the marking definition; power line and signal line are routed separately to avoid interference.
Must connect reliable grounding terminal to ensure anti-interference and safety performance.
After wiring is completed, check no short circuit and wrong connection before power-on test.
6. Operation & Debugging
Power on the device, enter self-check mode automatically; all indicators light up briefly and then return to normal state.
Enter parameter setting interface according to operation manual, set logic threshold, delay time and alarm parameters.
Simulate input signal one by one to verify corresponding output action and alarm function.
After debugging is normal, switch to automatic operation mode; the system runs automatically according to preset logic.
Regularly check indicator status and running record, confirm no abnormal fault code.
7. Safety Precautions
Professional electrician and technical personnel are required for installation and wiring.
Cut off power supply completely before opening the shell for maintenance.
Do not use in flammable, explosive and strong corrosive environment without protection.
Avoid overvoltage and overcurrent impact on the input and output terminals.
Static protection must be done when touching internal circuit modules.
8. Maintenance & Daily Care
Keep the equipment surface clean, dust and oil pollution are not allowed.
Check wiring terminals regularly to ensure no looseness and oxidation.
Every 6 months, perform a full function inspection and parameter calibration.
Long-term shutdown should be stored in dry and ventilated environment, moisture-proof and dust-proof.
