Principle

SIEMENS 3VF3211-2FW41-0AB1 continuously monitors three-phase circuit current. When overload lasts for a period, the bimetallic thermal element deforms and triggers delayed overload trip. When short-circuit current reaches the magnetic threshold, the magnetic component instantly pulls the mechanism and opens the main contacts to cut off the fault circuit.
