Overview

The YOKOGAWA EJA110A is a classic DPharp series smart differential pressure transmitter from Yokogawa. It adopts single-crystal silicon resonant sensor technology for measuring differential pressure, level, flow and density of liquid, gas and steam, widely stocked as spare for chemical, power and water treatment process plants.

Features This EJA110A transmitter offers ±0.065% high accuracy and 0.1% stability over 5 years. The EJA110A supports 4-20mA analog output with HART or BRAIN digital communication, built-in sensor self-diagnosis and local zero/span adjustment. It is an obsolete model, replaced by EJA110E.

Principle

The internal resonant silicon sensor detects differential pressure and converts it into frequency variation. The transmitter circuit calculates the pressure value and converts it into standard 4-20mA signal with digital HART/BRAIN data for the DCS system. It monitors sensor faults and triggers alarm status.

Applications

The EJA110A is widely deployed in boiler water circuits, chemical skids, oil & gas facilities and water treatment systems. It is used for orifice flow measurement, tank level and differential pressure monitoring.
