Yokogawa CX2000

Yokogawa CX2000 (DAQSTATION CX2000) is a panel-mounted control and measurement station combining PID control, multi-channel data acquisition and paperless recording, officially discontinued on Feb 29,2016. It supports up to 20 analog input channels and maximum 6 built-in PID control loops, equipped with standard Ethernet, built-in web server, email alarm and FTP data upload function. It accepts universal input signals including thermocouple, RTD, 4-20mA and DC voltage, supports batch program control and mathematical calculation, and can meet FDA 21 CFR Part11 electronic signature requirement for pharmaceutical and food industries. The control & measurement station collects temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level signals from field transmitters, the control & measurement station performs closed-loop PID regulation and continuously archives process trend and alarm data. Instrumentation engineers rely on the control & measurement station for heat treatment furnaces, pharmaceutical drying, food batch production and small chemical pilot process monitoring. The control & measurement station supports PLC ladder communication and can connect to SCADA for centralized plant management.

Yokogawa CX2000 features a high-resolution color LCD screen, capable of real-time display of trend curves, digital values and PID loop PV/SP/OUT parameters. It supports multiple control output types: 4-20mA current output, relay contact output and voltage pulse proportional output. Optional RS232/RS485 communication ports are available for connection with peripheral instruments.
