SCP451-11 is a digital temperature controller, industrial process PID controller, panel mount type, used for oven, furnace, packaging machine, plastic machinery and automation temperature control.

3. Safety Notes

  • Cut off power supply before wiring, installation and maintenance.

  • Do not place the controller in high temperature, humid, vibrating, corrosive gas environment.

  • Separate power line and signal line wiring to avoid interference.

  • Do not disassemble the internal circuit by yourself; only professional personnel can repair and set parameters.

  • Avoid water splash and chemical solvent corrosion on the device.

4. Installation

  1. Panel mounting type.

  2. Open standard mounting hole on the control panel.

  3. Insert SCP451-11 into the panel from front side.

  4. Fix the fixed buckle at the rear and lock it firmly.

  5. Keep the panel surface flat without obvious gap.

5. Terminal Wiring

  • Power terminal: Connect AC power supply

  • Sensor input terminal: Connect thermocouple / Pt100 / analog signal

  • Control output terminal: Relay contact output, connect heater or external contactor

  • Alarm output terminal (if equipped): For over temperature alarm and interlock

6. Front Panel Keys & Display

  • PV Display: Actual measured temperature / process value

  • SP Display: Set target temperature / parameter code and value

  • SET Key: Enter parameter menu, confirm setting

  • Up / Down Key: Adjust value, select menu item

  • Function Key: Switch parameter group, exit setting mode

7. Basic Operation

Power on

After power on, the controller enters self-check automatically, then displays PV actual value and SP set value normally.

Set target temperature

  1. Press SET key briefly.

  2. Use Up / Down key to adjust the required temperature value.

  3. Press SET again to save and return to normal display.

Enter parameter setting

  1. Press and hold SET key for 3 seconds to enter parameter menu.

  2. Select parameter code by Up / Down key.

  3. Press SET to enter value modification.

  4. Adjust data by Up / Down key.

  5. Press SET to save and enter next parameter.

  6. Long press SET to exit parameter menu.

8. Main Parameters

  • Input type: Select thermocouple K, J, E, T, R, S, B / Pt100 / 4-20mA / 0-10V

  • Control mode: PID / On-Off control

  • PID parameter: Proportional band, integral time, derivative time

  • Alarm setting: Alarm value, hysteresis, alarm mode

  • Scale range: Upper limit and lower limit of measurement

  • Open sensor: Display sensor break error

  • Over range: Input signal exceeds measuring range

  • Under range: Input signal lower than measuring range

  • Hardware error: Internal circuit abnormal, need professional inspection
