Overview

The DEIF DQ96-x is a 96×96 mm moving coil analog panel meter manufactured by DEIF, designed for DC voltage, DC current and 4‑20mA signal indication on switchboards and marine control panels. The suffix “-x” indicates this version features an exchangeable scale plate, supporting custom dial markings for percentage, power, flow and other process signals. Features

Principle

The DEIF DQ96-x uses a moving coil mechanism. The input DC signal generates magnetic torque to rotate the pointer against the restoring spring. The pointer position shows the measured value on the matched scale plate. For 4‑20mA process signals, the meter is calibrated to display corresponding engineering values such as percentage, pressure or power. The DEIF DQ96-x provides continuous local indication without external power supply.
