Siemens 3VA2710 1000A 690V

The 3VA2710 is a SENTRON 3VA2 molded case circuit breaker, frame size 1600, rated continuous current 1000A, rated operational voltage up to 690V AC. This 3VA2710 supports 3-pole or 4-pole configuration, available in fixed-mounted or draw-out version. It can be fitted with ETU electronic trip units including ETU320, ETU360, ETU650, supporting LI, LSI or LSIG adjustable protection for overload, short-time delay, instantaneous short-circuit and earth fault protection. The suffix code defines breaking capacity, trip unit type, pole count, auxiliary contacts, shunt trip, undervoltage release and communication options for this specific variant.

This 3VA2710 features high short-circuit breaking capacity, compliant with IEC 60947-2 standard. It can be equipped with motor operator, rotary handle, auxiliary contacts and trip alarm switches for remote control and status feedback. Optional communication modules support Modbus TCP, PROFINET for power measurement, fault log and breaker status upload to SCADA and energy management systems. ETU650 version integrates metering, trend recording and local display function. The draw-out model has connected, test and isolated positions for safe maintenance.
