GE IS200DRLYH1ADC DRLY 6BA03 & IS2020DRLYH1AA

The IS200DRLYH1ADC (DRLY 6BA03) and IS2020DRLYH1AA are simplex relay output terminal boards for GE Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control system. This IS200DRLYH1ADC provides 12 Form-C dry contact relay outputs, receiving command signals from VTUR, VCRC or VCC processor boards via dedicated 37-pin cable, to drive solenoid valves, trip circuits, alarm annunciators and auxiliary field interlock devices. The IS2020DRLYH1AA is a variant revision of the same DRLY terminal board family, sharing identical core relay layout and wiring definition.

This IS200DRLYH1ADC is conformal coated for cabinet dust and moisture resistance. Each relay channel supports switching of 24VDC and 250VAC loads, with independent channel status indicators for fast circuit troubleshooting. The DRLY board is simplex-design, not used within TMR triple redundant voting logic; it handles non-critical auxiliary outputs, sequence control and alarm contacts separate from the core turbine protection trip chain. The suffix ADC and AA define hardware revision, component version and factory test configuration of each unit.

The IS200DRLYH1ADC and IS2020DRLYH1AA are widely fitted on GE gas turbines, steam turbines and generator control packages in power plants and oil & gas compression stations. The Mark VI Speedtronic platform including these DRLY relay boards has been discontinued. Most available units are tested surplus spare parts for planned overhaul and emergency replacement of legacy turbine control cabinets.
