STBPDT3105 Product Description
 Schneider STBPDT3105, also named Modicon STB basic power distribution module, is a 24VDC power feed unit for STB distributed remote I/O system. It is designed to supply power to STB I/O modules and sensor-actuator bus, supporting stable power distribution for old automation equipment renovation.

This module delivers reliable power feeding for distributed I/O tasks. The power feeding accepts 24VDC input and provides power to STB backplane and field bus. The power feeding supports max 4A output current at 30℃ and 2.5A at 60℃. Stable power feeding ensures continuous power supply for digital and analog I/O modules.

The built-in power circuit achieves steady overload protection. The overload protection integrates 5A time-lag overcurrent protection for output circuit. The overload protection supports reverse polarity protection to avoid module damage from wrong wiring. Accurate overload protection isolates fault circuit and keeps other I/O nodes running normally.

DIN rail modular structure brings convenient base mounting. Base mounting can be clipped onto STBXBA series mounting base and installed on standard DIN rail. Base mounting connects main 24VDC power and sensor bus via front screw terminals. Flexible base mounting is widely used for legacy Modicon STB system spare replacement.

STBPDT3105 supports module ready and fault LED indication, equipped with front screw terminals for power connection. It has IP20 protection rating and carries UL, CSA, FM Class1 Div2 certifications. Widely applied in packaging machines, conveyor systems and process automation equipment. This product is discontinued by Schneider, mainly supplied as industrial spare parts, complying with Modicon STB distributed I/O standards.
