SCHNEIDER TSXASG2000 Product Description

SCHNEIDER TSXASG2000 is a 2-channel isolated analog output module for TSX Micro / TSX17 series PLC systems. It delivers ±10V analog voltage signal with 11-bit resolution and 1ms fast response, used to control variable speed drives, proportional valves and analog display instruments in legacy automation systems.

This module provides accurate analog output for field analog actuators. The analog output converts digital values from PLC into continuous ±10V analog signals. The analog output maintains stable signal amplitude under varying load conditions. Reliable analog output realizes continuous adjustment of process parameters.

Built-in galvanic isolation delivers effective circuit isolation. The circuit isolation separates PLC internal bus and field analog loop. The circuit isolation blocks ground loop interference and voltage surges. Dependable circuit isolation protects PLC CPU from external circuit damage.

Backplane plug-in structure brings convenient system expansion. System expansion inserts directly into TSX Micro PLC rack together with CPU and other I/O modules. System expansion supports flexible combination of analog and digital modules. Flexible system expansion is widely used for old TSX system spare replacement and renovation.

SCHNEIDER TSXASG2000 features LED channel status indicators, compact housing and wide operating temperature range. It is widely applied in packaging machines, textile equipment and water treatment process control. This module has been discontinued by Schneider, mainly supplied as industrial spare parts, fully compatible with TSX Micro series PLC and meets industrial automation standards.
