Product Details SCHNEIDER TSX-AEM-821 is a high-speed analog input module developed for Modicon TSX Micro PLC automation control systems. This analog input module offers 8 channels of ±10VDC voltage input with 12-bit high precision A/D conversion for accurate signal sampling. This analog input module supports galvanic isolation between field side and PLC internal bus, reaching 1000VAC isolation protection to avoid interference damage. This analog input module inserts directly onto TSX Micro backplane, featuring low rack power consumption and stable high-speed data acquisition.

This unit serves as core process signal acquisition unit for industrial process monitoring. The process signal acquisition unit collects real-time voltage signals from pressure transmitters, temperature sensors and flow transmitters. The process signal acquisition unit converts analog voltage signals into digital data for PLC closed-loop calculation and process tuning. The process signal acquisition unit is equipped with channel status LED indicators to support rapid on-site inspection and fault diagnosis.
