Product Details SCHNEIDER XML-F040D2035 is a high-performance industrial pressure sensor from the OsiSense XMLF series for industrial fluid pressure monitoring. This industrial pressure sensor features a 0-40 bar measuring range and dual programmable solid-state outputs, supporting PNP or NPN switching modes for flexible system integration. The industrial pressure sensor adopts AISI 303 stainless steel wetted components and FPM sealing material, compatible with compressed air, hydraulic oil and fresh water media. This industrial pressure sensor is equipped with a built-in digital display for direct on-site pressure reading and parameter setup.

The hydraulic pressure transmitter operates on 24VDC power supply with a wide input voltage tolerance of 17VDC to 33VDC. The hydraulic pressure transmitter comes with G1/4 female fluid port and M12 4-pin electrical connector for fast wiring and pipeline installation. The hydraulic pressure transmitter supports adjustable switch thresholds and hysteresis, allowing users to configure two independent pressure trigger points for dual-stage monitoring. The hydraulic pressure transmitter has IP65 protection rating, effectively preventing dust and water splashes in harsh factory workshop environments.

This sensor can withstand up to 240 bar burst pressure for reliable overload protection.
