ATV32HU15M2 Schneider Altivar32 Variable Frequency Drive
Description
ATV32HU15M2 belongs to Schneider Altivar32 compact machine frequency converter family, DIN rail mounting with external heat sink. Input voltage single-phase AC200~240V, 50/60Hz, output frequency range 0.1~599Hz, switching frequency adjustable 2~16kHz. It can drive asynchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor, open-loop flux vector control, transient over-torque up to 200%.
Built-in 6 digital inputs, 1 relay output, 2 analog inputs, 1 analog output. Standard onboard Modbus and CANopen fieldbus interface, optional Profibus-DP / DeviceNet communication cards. Keypad for local parameter setting and status display. Protection grade IP20 (IP31 when installed with heat sink). Multiple protection functions: overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, motor phase loss. Dimension 60 ×325 ×245 mm, weight 2.9kg, operating temperature 0~50℃.
ATV32HU15M2 is obsolete Schneider inverter spare part. Many old automation machines still adopt Altivar32 series drives. When the original drive fails, replacing it with identical ATV32HU15M2 can reuse power wiring, motor cable and original parameter settings. Technicians install the inverter, set motor parameters and test run, so motor speed regulation system resumes operation and reduces downtime.
Before shipment, every ATV32HU15M2 undergoes comprehensive functional inspection including power-on self-test, I/O test, motor no-load test, Modbus/CANopen communication verification and insulation check. All products come with 12-month warranty. Our automation technical team provides remote support for installation, wiring guidance, parameter setting and fault diagnosis. Fast global shipping available for urgent maintenance orders.
For automation maintenance engineers and system integrators, ATV32HU15M2 is reliable spare machine inverter for legacy Schneider Altivar32 control systems. It restores variable speed regulation of asynchronous/synchronous motors, extends service life of automation assets and avoids high-cost whole drive system renovation.
