Product Description The 3500/25 is a half‑height, two‑channel Enhanced Keyphasor Module for the Bently Nevada 3500 Machinery Protection System. It provides precision phase reference signals to all monitor modules in the rack, accepting inputs from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and converting them into digital Keyphasor pulses. These pulses mark the exact moment a shaft’s Keyphasor mark passes the transducer, enabling accurate speed measurement, phase analysis, vector monitoring, and balancing. The 3500 system supports up to 4 Keyphasor signals (standard) or 8 (paired) configurations. The 3500/25 offers expanded signal processing over legacy modules while maintaining full backward compatibility.
