Description

LINCOLN X623-25456-2 Product Description

Overview

LINCOLN X623-25456-2 is an electric progressive lubrication pump assembly from the Lincoln (SKF) P623 series. It is designed for automatic centralized grease lubrication, delivering metered grease to bearings, gears and sliding points in machinery. This unit is widely stocked as MRO spare for wind turbines, construction equipment and mining machines.

Features

LINCOLN X623-25456-2 works with progressive divider blocks to distribute lubricant accurately to each lubrication point. It supports grease up to NLGI 2 and has built-in pressure monitoring and low-level grease detection. The integrated control logic manages pump cycle time, pause interval and fault alarm signals. It can be equipped with optional pressure switch, proximity feedback and heater for cold climate environments. The pump body is robust and protected against shock and vibration. It connects to PLC or local controller via digital I/O for status feedback and remote enable.

Specs

Brand: LINCOLN (SKF) Model: X623-25456-2 Product series: P623 Product category: Progressive grease lubrication pump Lubricant grade: NLGI 000 ~ NLGI 2 Max working pressure: 300 bar Drive: Electric motor Tank volume: Standard reservoir configuration Signal options: Low level, pressure alarm, run status Protection: IP65 Operating temperature: -40℃ ~ +60℃ (with heater option)

Principle

LINCOLN X623-25456-2 drives the internal piston mechanism to pressurize grease and feed it into the progressive divider manifold. The divider distributes fixed grease volume to each lubrication point sequentially. The pump stops after the preset cycle and waits for the next trigger interval. If pressure loss, empty tank or blockage occurs, the pump triggers an alarm signal to the control system.

Applications

LINCOLN X623-25456-2 is used for automatic bearing lubrication. Typical applications include wind turbine main bearings, excavators, crushers, conveyor drives, hoisting equipment, and spare replacement for existing Lincoln progressive lubrication systems.
