Principle

EUROTHERM 2208e AT44600-1-2-211-FC converts analog sensor signals into stable digital PV value. The internal PID logic compares PV with target setpoint SP and calculates the required output. It drives the configured control output (relay, SSR or analog) to adjust heaters, cooling valves or actuators. The controller monitors sensor breakage and heater load current to trigger alarm output. Modbus communication uploads process data and receives remote setpoint commands from upper control system.
