Principle

GEMU 69015D7114-1 VM220 uses compressed air to drive the internal actuator assembly. When control air is supplied, the actuator pushes the diaphragm away from the valve seat to open the flow path and allow medium to pass. When control air is exhausted, the internal spring pushes the diaphragm back to press tightly against the valve seat and cut off the fluid flow. The VM220 micro switch detects the mechanical position of the actuator and outputs dry contact signals to feed back valve open or closed state. GEMU 69015D7114-1 VM220 realizes isolated fluid control and remote status monitoring.
