Principle

HYUNDAI UTH32K A0018S relies on internal bimetallic strips heated by motor operating current. When the motor runs with overload or phase loss, the current exceeds the set value, and the bimetallic strip deforms under heat to push the mechanical trip mechanism. This action breaks the control loop of the contactor and cuts off the motor power supply. Meanwhile, the auxiliary contact of HYUNDAI UTH32K A0018S changes state to output fault feedback. After the fault is removed, the relay can be reset manually or automatically to restore the protection circuit.
