Overview

The GE Record Plus 430873 is an auxiliary contact switch accessory for GE Record Plus molded case circuit breakers. It provides dry contact status feedback of breaker ON / OFF / TRIP position, widely stocked as spare for industrial power distribution panels.

Features This auxiliary switch is designed for FD, FE, FG Record Plus MCCB frames. The 430873 has isolated contact output for remote PLC/SCADA status monitoring, compact internal installation and can be retrofitted into existing breaker. It is a legacy GE distribution accessory.

Principle

The mechanical linkage synchronizes with the breaker toggle mechanism. When the breaker closes, opens or trips, the auxiliary contact changes state and sends discrete status signal to the control system.

The 430873 is widely deployed in factory distribution boards, water treatment skids and industrial substations. It is used for remote breaker status indication and interlock logic.
