Overview

NTJY200-UG25+YK is a panel-mounted integrated diesel engine monitor and protection unit, the serial trace code 18122001 is used for factory traceability. It is widely applied on marine diesel engines, emergency gensets and fire-fighting diesel pumps, collecting sensor signals and executing pre-alarm and automatic shutdown protection. Features

NTJY200-UG25+YK supports multi-channel analog and pulse signal acquisition: engine speed from magnetic pickup, lube oil pressure, cooling water temperature, lube oil temperature and battery voltage. It has digital tube or LCD display and physical function keys for local parameter setting, real-time value viewing and fault record query. Startup delay logic is built in to avoid false alarms during cranking.

Principle

NTJY200-UG25+YK converts pulse and analog signals from sensors into physical engineering values. The internal microcontroller compares readings against preset alarm and shutdown thresholds. When a parameter exceeds the limit, the unit activates audible and visual warning; if shutdown threshold is reached, the shutdown relay acts to cut the fuel supply and stop the engine. Fault information is timestamped and stored for troubleshooting.
