This 400V class VFD supports open-loop and closed-loop control for asynchronous and synchronous motors, widely supplied as exchange spare for packaging machinery, textile equipment, printing lines and special machine electrical cabinet overhaul and drive replacement.

Principle

KEB 12F5A1D-YLP0 converts three-phase AC input into DC voltage through the rectifier bridge, then the IGBT power stage outputs variable-frequency PWM AC to drive the motor. The control core executes vector algorithm to adjust output voltage and frequency according to speed and torque commands. Encoder signals feed back actual speed to form closed-loop correction. When abnormal operating conditions are detected, the drive immediately blocks PWM pulses, triggers safe shutdown and records corresponding fault codes for maintenance analysis.

Applications

KEB 12F5A1D-YLP0 is deployed for textile machines, printing presses, packaging equipment, conveyor lines and woodworking machinery.
