Overview

KEBA CP033/Z is an integrated controller for the KEBA Kemro K2-200 / KePlast i1075 injection molding machine control platform, with the serial trace code 14725217. It is a compact all-in-one CPU with abundant onboard I/O and dedicated closed-loop hardware acceleration optimized for hydraulic injection molding processes, widely supplied as exchange spare for Haitian and other injection molding machine electrical cabinet overhaul and controller replacement.

Features

KEBA CP033/Z runs KePlast molding control firmware, with a 400 MHz processor and 128 MB memory. It integrates a complete set of onboard digital inputs, digital outputs, analog inputs, analog outputs and temperature measurement channels for direct connection to pressure sensors, proportional valves, heating bands, limit switches and oil circuit sensors. It uses FPGA hardware acceleration for fast injection closed-loop control, supporting a minimum control cycle down to 500 µs and fast cut-off reaction as low as 62.5 µs to ensure stable injection speed and pressure control precision.

KEBA CP033/Z is equipped with Ethernet, RS485, LVDS HMI interface and CANopen bus port. The LVDS channel connects to KEBA OP341 series operator panels for local operation and recipe management, while CANopen and Ethernet support expansion of external drives and communication with upper monitoring systems. It supports mold recipe storage, shot counter, alarm logging and waveform recording for process troubleshooting. Front status LEDs display run, stop, communication error and system fault information for on-site diagnosis. It supports parameter backup and restore via CF memory card and complies with CE and EMC standards for cabinet installation with IP20 rating.

Principle

KEBA CP033/Z executes the cyclic molding sequence including clamping, injection, holding pressure, plasticizing and ejection under KePlast firmware scheduling. It continuously samples hydraulic pressure, screw position and mold temperature signals from analog and temperature inputs, and outputs analog current signals to drive proportional hydraulic valves. The built-in FPGA handles high-speed injection pressure closed-loop independently of the main program scan to avoid process fluctuation. It exchanges touch commands and recipe data with the OP HMI panel over LVDS. If 24V undervoltage, valve output short circuit, sensor disconnection or CAN bus timeout is detected, the controller triggers configurable safe reaction and records fault codes and shot data for analysis.

KEBA CP033/Z is deployed for hydraulic injection molding machines, mainly matched with Haitian injection equipment. It is selected for spare inventory and electrical retrofit projects for existing KEBA K2-200 KePlast i1075 molding control systems.
