Description

The KEBA BL250/B CANopen bus coupler module belongs to KEBA KeConnect distributed I/O product series, developed to extend the signal processing capacity of Kemro K2-200 control systems applied to injection molding machines and plastic processing equipment. As a vital bus gateway unit, it builds stable bidirectional data channels between central CPU controllers and distributed remote I/O stations. This distributed architecture shortens wiring routes, simplifies cabinet layout and effectively reduces signal interference risks brought by long-distance cables in complex industrial environments.
The module fully supports CANopen communication protocol and allows flexible configuration of communication baud rates. A built-in switchable bus terminating resistor facilitates field commissioning. It enables synchronous transmission of digital input/output signals, analog measurement values and fault diagnostic data, satisfying the real-time control requirements of clamping, injection, ejection and auxiliary axis movements of molding equipment.
