Overview

Eaton Moeller DILM17-10 is a 3-pole AC power contactor from the Eaton Moeller DILM series, also written as DIL M 17-10. It is rated 17A AC‑3, 7.5kW at 400V, fitted with one normally open auxiliary contact (1NO). Eaton Moeller DILM17-10 is a widely used DIN‑rail mounting contactor for motor switching and general load control, and it is commonly supplied as exchange spare for industrial MCC and automation cabinet overhaul.

Principle

Eaton Moeller DILM17-10 closes the three main power contacts when the control coil is energized and conducts power to the motor or load. When the coil loses power, spring force separates the contacts and cuts off the load circuit. The 1NO auxiliary contact of Eaton Moeller DILM17-10 changes state synchronously with the main contact, feeding running status signal back to the control logic. Built-in coil supervision prevents unexpected pull-in caused by coil fault.

Applications

Eaton Moeller DILM17-10 is deployed for small pumps, fans, conveyors, packaging machines and HVAC equipment control in water treatment, machinery, chemical and general industrial MCC systems.
