Principle

Rosemount 3051CD2A02A1AS5M5Q4D4 receives high-side and low-side process pressure through the Coplanar process connection. The pressure difference deforms the isolation diaphragm and transfers pressure to the internal capacitive sensor. The electronics convert the capacitance variation into standard 4–20mA analog signal superimposed with HART digital data.
