Principle

SEW MC07B0075-5A3-4-00 rectifies three-phase AC mains into DC bus, then uses IGBT PWM modulation to generate adjustable frequency and voltage three-phase output for the motor. The control board calculates motor speed and torque via current sampling. SVC vector mode improves low-speed torque performance. When STO safety circuit is triggered, the IGBT drive pulses are safely disabled to prevent unintended motor rotation. The internal protection circuit detects overcurrent, earth fault, overheating and motor overtemperature and shuts down output when thresholds are exceeded.
