SEW-Eurodrive MDF60A0150-503-4-00

The MDF60A0150-503-4-00 belongs to the classic MOVIDRIVE MD60A series single-axis drive inverter, rated 15kW, 3×380–500V AC input. This MDF60A supports VFC open-loop voltage flux control and CFC closed-loop current flux control, suitable for asynchronous motors and simple servo applications. The order code 503 defines 400V voltage class, 4 indicates standard hardware configuration, 00 means no extra factory options.

This MDF60A0150-503-4-00 has built-in binary I/O terminals, brake control output, and expansion slots for communication option cards including PROFIBUS, DeviceNet and RS485 USS. It can work with DBG11A local keypad for parameter setup and fault reading, and commissioning, backup and diagnosis are completed via MOVITOOLS software. It integrates overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat and motor thermal protection. It supports hoist, conveyor and general variable-speed control modes.

The MDF60A series is discontinued by SEW-Eurodrive, replaced by newer MOVIDRIVE B MDX61B and MDX62B platforms. Most available MDF60A0150-503-4-00 units are tested surplus spare parts for conveyor, crane, packaging machine and process line drive overhaul and emergency replacement. Control mode and option card compatibility must be verified before replacement.
