GE IS210DTTCH1AA

The IS210DTTCH1AA (DTTC) is a simplex thermocouple input terminal board for GE Mark VI Speedtronic gas and steam turbine control system. This DTTC provides 12 thermocouple input channels, designed for turbine casing, bearing and exhaust temperature monitoring. It supports mV range signal from multiple thermocouple types, with built-in cold junction compensation (CJC) for accurate temperature measurement.

This terminal board uses a 37-pin cable to connect to the VTCC thermocouple processor card. Two DTTC boards can pair with one VTCC to reach 24 thermocouple points. It adopts DIN rail mounting, fitted with Euro-block screw terminals, dedicated shield and ground terminals for field sensor wiring. It does not perform A/D conversion locally; raw thermocouple signals are sent to VTCC for digitization and logic processing in the turbine control rack. Front status LEDs show module power and signal channel health.

The IS210DTTCH1AA is widely deployed in power plant gas turbine and steam turbine Mark VI control cabinets for thermal monitoring and protection logic. The legacy Mark VI Speedtronic series is discontinued by GE Vernova. Most available units are tested surplus spare parts for turbine control cabinet overhaul and emergency replacement. Mating VTCC version and cable pin definition must be verified before replacement.
